Creative on Strips
Group together strips of Artsy Papers to form a mat for your focal photo.
Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool to make long skinny selections.
Copy and paste to New Layers before applying a Drop Shadow Layer Style to each strip.
Rotate the pieces slightly to boost visual interest.
I love the Tension created through the use of the circle frame against the angular strip cluster.
Birds of a Feather | Miki
MultiMedia Media Magic
Combine MultiMedia Elements to create your own MultiMedia elements.
Use Elements in their entirety or individual layers to build custom Multi Media Elements.
I love how Miki has use 2 of the MultiMedia Bird No. 2 Elements to decorate here tree.
All Right Here.. | Fiona
Blend Over
Mask over a Frame Element to create a ‘spill over’ effect in your artsy digital scrapbooking and artistry layouts.
Clip a photo to a Flock FotoBlendz No. 1 mask position over the Frame Element from ArtPlay Palette Flock.
With a little bit of custom masking using a Layer Mask and Brushes you can achieve the effect above.
See Year of ArtPlay sessions for further guidance.
Love how Fiona has given the illusion of an extraction without actually creating one.
