ArtPlay Plumera Inspiration post for digital scrapbooking and photo artistry in Adobe Photoshop and Elements.

The purpose of this post is to provide inspiration for using the ArtPlay Palette Plumera and coordinating digital assets.

ArtPlay Plumera Inspiration

1. Blend With Masks

Use a clipping mask to blend a large photo in YOUR DIGITAL ARTISTRY AND ARTSY DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING LAYOUTS.

• Select an Artsy Paper as your layout foundation from the ArtPlay Palette Plumera.
• Layer a photo over one of the FotoBlendz Overlay No. 9 masks – Rotate, duplicate, and merge masks as preferred to Customize.
• Go to Layer> Create Clipping Mask so that the photo conforms to the Shape of the underlying mask to blend.

2. Frame with Clusters

Lead the eye with embellishment clusters in YOUR DIGITAL ARTISTRY AND ARTSY DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING pages.

• The MultiMedia Branches No. 7 are embellishment customers that carry Visual Weight via color and Dimension.
• Use them to draw the eye to ‘areas of interest’ or  Focal Points in your digital scrapbooking pages.
• Notice how Amy frames her image with the MultiMedia Branches No. 7.

3. Repetition of Embellishments

Create emphasis with duplicate elements in YOUR DIGITAL ARTISTRY AND ARTSY DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING pages.

• Lead the eye with Repetition of an element to create a Pattern. 
• Laura has duplicated and resized the button from the ArtPlay Palette Plumera to create beads for the UrbanThreadz No 10 and repeated the placement of the rose to enhance the framed photo in her heritage layout design.
• The perpendicular placement of the BeadedThreadz from the Journey WordART Mix No. 1 also creates Tension and makes her composition more interesting.
