Everyone assumes that digital scrapbooking is about the happy memories and stories but this is not the true representation of life. For every moment of joy there is a mirror story of loss and sadness. It’s the yin and yang, black and white, salt and pepper. Over the years, I have experienced personally and seen through student this approach to documenting all facets of life as a means of understanding, coming to terms and sometimes grieving these different sides of life.
